February 15th. It can be a let down.
Maybe yesterday you were wined and dined. Maybe you enjoyed breakfast in bed, a massage, a night on the town…but this morning you wake up to familiar sameness.
Or, perhaps you waited for a surprise gift that never came. Or spent the day alone as another Valentine’s Day passed you by.
Can I just tell you, no matter what yesterday was like, you were fiercely loved!
A story so uniquely amazing that it could only be written by the very author of life.
So if you’re feeling unloved today, here are some lines of love written for you.
I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness. ~ Jeremiah 31:3
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~ Romans 8:37-39
But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. ~ Ephesians 2:4-5
See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; ~ 1 John 3:1(a)
The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing. ~ Zephaniah 3:17
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~ Jeremiah 29:11

Today’s Question: How do you remind yourself of God’s love?
I never get tired of hearing how much the Lord loves me. Great post.
Beautiful post. I glory in His wonderful, steadfast love.
Blessings,

Beautiful thoughts. I happened to read 1 Corinthians 13 last night as well. Its so familiar that I think we often forget the words therein. It really is a beautiful reminder of what Love is and a wonderful read after a disappointing Valentine.
Thank you for sharing your heart.
