For this busy bag you’ll use the template to cut arches out of craft felt. The child arranges the felt pieces on top of each other starting with the largest (red) and ending with the smallest (purple).
For this activity we chose to stick with the colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. We also included a white cloud.

I went to Hobby Lobby this morning to buy felt for this rainbow busy bag. Busy bags are new to me, and so is using felt. I had fun tonight making 11 busy bags, including two of your other ideas…bean sorting and “junk” matching. I can’t wait to let the kids play with them tomorrow! Thanks for sharing your ideas!
Our kids still love their busy bags. In fact I have a few still packed away that I need to pull out.
This would be great for my three year old grandson.
