Our family is going to be celebrating advent this year with Truth in the Tinsel.
I have to admit, creating a ornament craft with four kids ages 6 and under every day is a little daunting to me. So to make sure I don’t get overwhelmed we’ll be using the Truth in the Tinsel Printable Ornaments.
And since, I don’t really have room for 96 ornaments, once the kids color their ornament each day, we’ll add them to their own advent books.
Each day has a circle guide to glue the ornament to, the day number, and the clue word to trace. My kids each picked their own color of cardstock. Then I printed the pages, cut them into fourths, and punched a hole in the corner of each page. We slid a 1″ book ring through the pages and closed it to make each book.
*These cards are meant to be used with the Truth in the Tinsel advent activities. This free printable does not have the scripture readings, talking points, or activity ideas. You can use the code ALLOURDAYS to get 20% off the Truth in the Tinsel eBook. You’ll also want to make sure you purchase the printable ornaments.
Since I didn’t need to worry about having the hanging tab I used a circle cutter to cut out all 96 Truth in the Tinsel ornaments (24 for each child).
Now that I’m feeling a little ahead of the game, I’m looking forward to beginning our Truth in the Tinsel advent activities on Sunday.
